The Dimensions of the Mind are vibrations of energy that are made up of Emotions, Thoughts and Ego, and can influence Happiness. - EMOTIONS - Emotions generate desires that motivate us to create the reality of our physical world. Emotions are driven by Thoughts. - THOUGHTS - Thoughts are created from and limited to; 1. Current Knowledge - Conscious Mind 2. Past Experiences - Subconscious Mind Less than 5% of the Mind is Conscious and More than 95% of the Mind is Subconscious. The Conscious Mind is the Thoughts and Emotions that we ARE Aware of. The Subconscious Mind is the Thoughts and Emotions that we are NOT Aware of. The Subconscious Mind is programmed by Past Experiences, and stores everything that ever happens to us, creating an internal belief system. The Conscious Mind may Think and Feel something, but if the Subconscious Mind has not been programmed to Think and Feel it, then it becomes difficult to bring it into our Reality. Conscious Willpower is limited to the belief system of the Subconscious Mind. Thankfully, we can reprogram the Subconscious Mind with Daily Happiness Practices: Affirmations & Manifesting, Meditation & Mindfulness, Gratitude & Love, Faith in the Universe, Releasing Past Hurts, A High Vibe Tribe, Crystals, and Essential Oils. The Mind is powerful. It can work 'for you' or 'against you'. "You either control the mind, or it controls you". - Napolean Hill - - EGO - When we understand and become conscious of the Ego, we awaken to our True Self - our Soul. When we awaken to our True Self, we are empowered to look beyond the Ego and take better control of Thoughts and Emotions. The Ego portrays an individual identity; a sense of self that is separate from everything else. When we refer to "I" or "Me", we are referring to the Ego. The Ego has a name, a physical description, a gender, a family, likes, dislikes, values, beliefs, interests, a job (or no job), possessions and so on. The Ego is INCOMPLETE and INSECURE. The Ego looks for money, status, power and possessions in an attempt to feel COMPLETE. The Ego compares, competes, controls, judges, and seeks approval in an attempt to feel SECURE. No matter how much money, status, power or possessions the Ego accumulates, or how much superiority, control or approval it accomplishes, the Ego always returns to being INCOMPLETE and INSECURE. The Ego is on an ENDLESS search for Happiness. When we spend our days doing things to satisfy the Ego, we are CHASING Happiness. When we create our reality from the Ego, we do not feel fulfilled: We search for more, and if we get it, we search for the next best thing. We feel like things are always out of reach. We feel panicky, stressed, anxious and miserable. We have to work hard to achieve a desired result. It feels forced and like a chore. If you want a happier life, you're going to have to get serious about it! Become empowered to take control of Thoughts and Emotions, and go beyond the Ego.
